Bookings made with the owners through this website will be paid for by check only. Please send us an email to request booking times and details. Bookings may also be made through Nantucket real estate offices. Guests booked directly with us will be required to make a security deposit of about 10% of the weekly rental rate. Guests will be charged an 11.7% Massachusetts state occupancy tax. Guests will also be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Any rentals longer than two weeks will require an additional cleaning at the start of the second week and must pay another $250 fee. Turnover days for most rentals are on Saturdays. Check in times are 3 PM, check out times are 8 AM, to allow time for our cleaners to work.
